Chest exercises are important for strengthening the muscles in the chest, which includes the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. Here are some effective exercises you can do to target your chest:

Incline Dumbell Press:

This exercise targets the upper chest, and is a great way to add variety to your chest workout.I would suggest starting your workout with this. Working the upper chest is the most important part. This will give you that superhero chest that sticks out. DO 5 Sets in total. Starting with a warmup set of 8-12 reps and moving on to heavy weights. Get a weight that you struggle to pick up a bit and to do 5 reps of it. Then do 4 sets of that weight for 3-5 reps. In total you should you 5 sets.

Incline Dumbbell Fly:

This exercise targets the chest and helps to increase strength and flexibility. After you get done with your incline bench press or dumbbell press move on to this. We want to keep focus on that upper chest to get it to pop. Do 3 sets of a heavy weight for you. This should also be 3-5 reps.

Incline Bench Press:

This exercise targets the upper chest, and is a great way to add variety to your chest workout. Pick a weight total that you can do 8-12 reps of. The incline bench should be done for a total of 4 sets.

Cable Crossovers:

This exercise uses cables to work the chest muscles, and helps to increase strength and stability. Do this for 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Pick a weight total that is not to hard to do. This is all about building that connection with your chest try to go slow.

Dips:

Dips are a great exercise for targeting the chest, triceps, and shoulders. You can do dips on parallel bars or using dipping bars.

Remember to include variety in your chest workout and to start with lighter weights, focusing on proper form and technique before increasing the weight. It's also important to give your muscles time to recover between workouts. However if you want a chest workout that will get you ready fast. I recommend checking this workout. But be warned this workout is just for advanced users that need to get cut fast. It is not sustainable over a life time but will get you looking your best if you need it for summer.
